This product is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by unknown pathogens or known sensitive bacteria, including lower respiratory tract infections (bronchopneumonia and lobar pneumonia), combined upper (pyelonephritis) and lower urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections (cellulitis, skin abscesses, and wound infections), infections in neutropenic patients, and bacteremia/sepsis.
